At ICU, we believe that “Caring for the Caregiver” extends to shipping your garments in the most reasonable and reliable way. To that end, we have created the following shipping rate schedule.
1 - 3 items: $8.00 + tax
4 - 6 items: $6.00 + tax
7 - 11 items: $3.00 + tax
12+ items: free
US orders ship directly from the manufacturer. Canadian orders ship via Canada Post. Please note that we cannot ship to a PO box.
We do our best to get your garment(s) out the door within one business day from the time we receive your order. Canada Post usually delivers between four and five business days. US shipments will also deliver within four to five business days. In the unlikely event that your order doesn’t arrive when you expect it, please call us at 1-866-413-1973 and we will assist you in every way possible to track it. Please remember that we are closed Sundays and statutory holidays.
